How many people can you accommodate?

The sweet spot for events on property is 50 guests and 10 overnight guests. We can host a little more or less, it just depends on your needs. Open house styled events can host more, with a flow of guests.

Our tent package can accommodate up to 50 guests, rain or shine. This gives you the space for a seated dinner. 

Our Carriage Haus can comfortably accommodate 25 event guests inside. This space is furnished for a cocktail-style event, for both standing and seating. Please note that our Carriage Haus is not heated, and therefore not available for use November-May.

We accept event reservations year-round. Please inquire with us for the most up-to-date availability and guest maximums.

What is required to book an event?

To book your event, we require a signed contract for the event space, along with a minimum of a three-night stay in the home. Also required is a partially refundable 50% retainer fee.

Can I come and view the space?

Yes, we would love to show you around! We’re so proud of what we’ve created here at the Brownstone! After you begin your inquiry process, we will send a calendar link to choose your venue tour timeslot. Please note that availability for tours on the weekends can be limited due to our vacation home rental schedule.

What is the cost to stay additional nights?

The cost will vary, based on the nights requesting. We are happy to give you a discounted quote on extended stays. 

What is your cancelation policy?

The 50% retainer fee is partially refundable up to 60 days prior to your stay. Final payments are due 60 days prior to your check-in. If you cancel for any reason within the 30-60 day prior to check-in window, you will receive a refund on your final payment amount ONLY. Less than 30 days out from check-in, and you will not receive any refund.
